This train is operating 65-75 minutes late after being further delayed at East Hampton due to weather-related switch trouble.

This train departed 25-30 minutes late after being held at Montauk and is currently delayed at East Hampton due to weather-related switch trouble.

The 1:31pm train from Babylon to Speonk is operating 20-25 minutes late due to earlier equipment trouble. [5]

The Sunday afternoon 1:46pm, 4:17pm, and 6:21pm westbound trains from Montauk, and the 3:25pm westbound train from Southampton, will not run. These trains will instead run on Monday, May 25. Active: Sunday, May 24

Buses will run in three zones, making all stops along a section of the branch and running non-stop to/from Babylon. Local travel between stops in different zones is not possible. There will be reroutes, cancellations, and delays. There is no eastbound service from Penn Station; use Grand Central or Atlantic Terminal instead. The Subway is cross-honoring LIRR tickets. Be sure to check your train's status before traveling. Westbound: The 6:15am train from Speonk to Penn Station will be diverted to Long Island City this morning.

The 6:15am train from Speonk to Penn Station is being rerouted to Long Island City this morning. [5]

This is due to an earlier disabled NJ Transit train in one of the Penn Station tunnels. Track capacity is also severely limited from Amtrak Penn Station tunnel work.

New schedules are in effect on all branches, with revised departure times on many midday off-peak trains [10, 12, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9]

This weekend, there is no direct eastbound service to or from Elmont-UBS Arena. [12, 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9]

Concert attendees traveling to Elmont-UBS Arena from Jamaica, take an eastbound train to Mineola and transfer to a westbound train back to Elmont-UBS Arena. After the concert, attendees looking to travel east will need to take a westbound train to Jamaica to then transfer to an eastbound train. A 7:13am from Jamaica stops at Babylon, Bay Shore, and Sayville, then makes all stops to Montauk, where it arrives at 9:59am. A 9:36am from Babylon makes all stops to Montauk, where it arrives at 11:48am. A 1:46pm from Montauk makes all stops to Babylon, then runs non-stops to Jamaica.
